Description Of Service
This website is a referral service for leak detection and plumbing services in the Leesburg, Florida area. We connect callers with independent local professionals who perform the work.
We do not perform plumbing or leak detection work ourselves. Any agreement for work, pricing, scheduling, or payment is between you and the independent provider you are connected with. We are not a party to that agreement.
Information on this website is provided for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, and every situation is different once a professional can see it in person.
Because we are a referral service and not the party performing the work, you should always confirm the scope of the job, the price, and the timing with the provider before any work begins.
The website is intended for people looking for help with leak detection and plumbing issues in the Leesburg, Florida area. We cannot promise that a provider will be available in every location or at every hour.

Calls And Referrals
Calling (352) 703-8206 connects you with this referral service, and your call may be connected to an independent third-party service provider.
We do not set or guarantee the prices, availability, arrival times, or workmanship of any independent provider. Those details are arranged between you and the provider directly.
We make reasonable efforts to connect callers with reputable local professionals, but we cannot promise a particular outcome, price, or schedule for any job. You should confirm all details with the provider before any work begins.
When we connect your call to a provider, the conversation from that point on is between you and the provider. We recommend that you confirm the price, the expected arrival time, and any guarantees or warranties with them directly.
We are not responsible for promises a provider makes to you or for any changes they make to scheduling or pricing. If a provider does not show up or does not complete the work as agreed, please let us know so we can review the situation, but the agreement itself remains between you and the provider.
Legal
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this referral service is not responsible for the work performed by independent service providers, including any damage, delays, or costs that may arise from their work.
We are also not responsible for interruptions in the website or phone service that are beyond our control, or for decisions you make based on the general information on this site.
Nothing in these terms removes responsibility that cannot legally be removed.
Our role is limited to operating the website and connecting callers with independent providers. Our total responsibility to any user is limited to the referral service itself.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.
